Truth? What is that?

Having been out of corporate life for 5 months, the change is refreshing on so many levels, some superficial and some profound.

But the one that stands out most strongly is the relationship with truth.

From a sober distance, it is hard to come to terms with the roles that delusion, reckless ignorance and wilful deception play in corporate life.

Donald Trump, Jacob Zuma, and other “post-truth” leaders are not an onslaught on truth, they are shadows of what we have boldly crafted as standards in day-to-day life.
